FAILED SCHOOLS ❌❌❌ [97% shuts down]
A failed school is a school that doesn’t meet its mission to educate or offer value to its student.
5 Signs of failed schools – FAILED SCHOOLS [97% shuts down]
As a school owner, you must pay keen attention to these 5 signs of failed schools and do anything within your power so that your school will not be seen as a failed school.

One thing about these signs is that they are highly visible and even the commonest man in the community can notice them.
Another dangerous thing is that it spreads like a wildfire and causes a school to CLOSE COMPLETELY.
Great school owners guard and protect their schools jealously from these signs just like Google protects themselves from any bad news like HACKING GOOGLE SYSTEM(S)
Have you ever heard that Google is hacked?
If not, then you should GUARD your school against any BAD NEWS OR SIGNS.
Below are the five signs of a failed school.
1. Low Student Achievement:
Of what need is a school if it cannot improve students’ performance? Tell me. What do we go to school for? Is it to learn and improve or to play? Low Student Achievement is one of the commonest reasons parents withdraw their children from school. To escape this challenge, you need to hire COMPETENT TEACHERS. Even competent teachers become incompetent as days go by if they don’t constantly update themselves through training and professional development.
So what do you do here:
A. Hire competent teachers from here
B. Give them your own organisation’s training
C. Get them trained by experts or preferably use a free teacher training website.
2. Angry Parents:
The CORE judges of how a school is performing are the parents. The children are theirs and they know their strengths and weaknesses. If your school doesn’t improve the children, the PARENTS know. One thing about this is that it’s only a few parents have the time to tell you that their children are not improving in your school. Most other parents just WITHDRAW their children. And I believe you know what this means to your school.
What to do:
1. Be nice to the parents
2. Ask them to review your school
3. Ask them about the performance of their children
4. Ask them to give you information like the strengths and weaknesses of their children so that you can personalize learning to them. You know there is no “one size fits all” in education. So let the parents guide you.
3. Careless Teachers:
Another common sign of a failed school is careless and incompetent teachers. Teachers work hard to see that the students improve. Most Competent teachers care about VALUE while incompetent teachers care about MONEY.
What to do:
Be careful who you employ as a teacher. Teachers can make or mar your school.

4. Shaky Finances:
Failed schools generally have failed finances and faulty accounting. Not even the Administrators know too well how money is generated or spent. Everybody will just be doing it anyhow.
What to do:
Budgeting and managing school is one of the core ways to monitor progress especially financially. If your school is doing well, it will generate more even if the expenses are high due to factors being controlled.
5. Demoralized Community:
It’s no secret good schools attract high-income families and push up property values. When a school is doing, the surrounding environments are happy because their businesses move. They generate more sales, rentals(houses), and even good social amenities.
Having stated these signs, another publication is coming forth on what to do to protect your school from failing. One funny thing here is that you may say you are established already, but remember the laws of diminishing return.
